October 12, 1935, ChrisStaley and Hazel Mae Inghamrepeated their marriage vowsin Flint, Michigan. Theythen went on a short honey-moon trip. Where they wentafter debarking the WindsorFerry, I do not know. When they returned, they made their first home at the old Staley farmhouse with the elder Staley's. In August, 1938 they purchased 12.28 acres of the farm land from Chris' father,and in 1940 they began building their home on the acreage at 1444 West MapleRoad in Flint. This is thehome they both lived inuntil their death.
