[ a day at the beach ]

I had so much fun putting together this two-page layout while at a crop. The ladies there tend to scrap very flat, and were very inquisitive about all the lumpy things I was using in my layout. The cover photo is one of our feet in the sand. It opens like a book to reveal journalling and yet another photo of the three of us.Journalling: We spent Christmas holidays at the beach — Rockport, Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. It was so refreshing to soak our feet in the cool water and the soft sand … especially in the middle of winter. I was pregnant with Kai and it was comfy to be in loose overalls. By the way, my feet are not visible in the cover photo — only my belly can be seen.
