I wanted to do a layout with this title and use a poem. I looked thru the Soup for a long time and no poem seemed to fit right so I thought back to the days these pics were taken and wrote this poem. I'm really happy with how this turned out. I used the Becky Line It Up technique from Feb. CK. The poem is not showing in the scan, here it is….You don't know yet, but you will be “Daddy's Little Girl”, I know for sure that this is true, because you're his whole world. He cried the moment you were born, the rest of that day too, In fact he cried for days every time he looked at you. He holds you with his strong arms and rocks you if need be, He even took the midnight shift so I could get some sleep. A better Daddy in this world you could never find, We are lucky that we have someone so sweet and kind, Someone who will make you laugh every single day, And when you're sad will listen in an understanding way. I know just how important that all of this will be, Because I was a Daddy's girl, he was the world to me. I want you to know the love and bond I had, To know you are special and important to your Dad. So we'll be close and I'll be there to comb every curl, But it's okay if you grow up as Daddy's Little Girl.
