TAGer's CJ--Purple Group A Letter from Home

This is my holder for the TAG CJ Purple Group. My theme is “hometowns” so I went with the title “A Letter From Home.” I constructed a small book (roughly 4“ x 6” in size)from matte board that was covered with Paper Loft paper and then collaged with elements from an “Altered Elements” (Provo Craft) kit, stickers from the Feb. Club Scrap kit, K& Co. script paper, Dymo labels, Lil' Davis letters (LETTER), mini stencil letters (Colorbok), and MM letters (“O” in home). The pages inside are also from the club scrap kit, both the 12“ x 12” printed “kraft” sheets as well as the blank “kraft” which I stamped with the stamps from that kit. (Can you tell how much I love that kit? LOL) The pages are bound together with gingham and sage ribbons, and each page has a library pocket and a simple tag inside. The sign in page has Rebecca Sower stickers and is more like an “autograph page.” I hung a vellum round rimmed tag from the spine, which I stamped with the MM alpha stamps…couldn't resist the tiny pea pod charm! The back cover also has a MM metal plaque.My own LO in the book (still need to finish the tag), says, “Do you know the way to San Jose?” and features Paper Bliss letter tiles, more Dymo, my picture on Bazzill with a MM round clip, and some Jolee's poppies (the CA state flower) there is also a tiny bee button by the flowers.
