YOUR LO IS SO TOUCHING,LOOKING AT THE FACE BRINGS YOU CLOSE TO HOME IF YOU HAD FAMILY THAT SERVED.I' HAVE FAMILY THAT SERVED,MY HUSBAND ECT...LOOKING AT THE MEN FACE ON YOUR PAGE MAKES ME SAD IN A WAY.BECAUSE I' KNOW THEY WAS SOME ONE SON,HUSBAND OR BROTHER.THAT IS PROBALLY NOT HERE NOW.I' JUST WONDER DID THEY MAKE IT BACK TO THE U.S SAFE..THANKS FOR THE VIEW...
I'm really not sure if I'm done with this LO or not. I tend to overwork things when I oilpaint... and I'm I'm afraid I'll ruin this if I do much more.
Journaling reads The wall I grew up in the middle of the Vitnam war. I wore between 5 and 7 POW/MIA bracelets. Seeing the wall and seeing the greif of the family members there was more than I can put into words. The feeling of tremendous loss was overwhelming. The wall was one thing I wanted to see before I died. I'm so glad I did.
