This is a very nice layout! I especially like the column of smaller pictures on the right hand side of the page. It brings it all together.
I agree with MomOfMeg's suggestion about the title color. I'd even be tempted to try WHITE lettering just to see what it looks like. Or the color of the flower.
Nice thing about digital is that you can have several experiments to see which you like best. :)

It's very cute. Did you use a kit? I love the drop shadow on the flower and that little staple -- that's digital? Too coo1! You might consider changing the color of your title since it's digital. I'm not sure that minty green goes real well with the olive. I say this, and yet I would have no idea where to start to do it (I've done only a couple digi layouts too) so feel free to take it with a grain of salt. I love the angles of the mats under your focal photo. It really draws the eye exactly where you want it to go. Great first layout!
