I helped my niece make decorations for her 13th Birthday. We made the banner using spellbinders, Martha Stewarts crease maker, cricut for the 13 on the ledge. The letters were bought at Michael's. The little banner on the cake was made with Jenni Bowlin's punch and I just added some MM stickers for the numbers. We also made place cards out of spellbinder dies and used them to label the food. We made a lot of other things non paper related. It was fun spending time together with her.
