Hi, this layout was inspired by Christina Cole from the NOV/DEC issue of BHG. Thanks for the inspiration!!&lt;br&gt; Sorry about the scan. The tassle made it hard to scan.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Font is Times New Roman (original huh? ;) ), Letter stickers are AC. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Journaling from my blog reads:On this day 18 years, 8 hours and 9 minutes ago a boy was born. He had beautiful blonde hair, dark dark brown eyes with long, long eyelashes, he had soft skin that looked like it had been kissed by the sun. He was the most beautiful site his mother had ever seen.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This little boy became everything to his momma. She was a single mom. She was scared but knew she could do it. She knew he needed her like no one had ever had. She would do her best to provide a warm and loving environment for this child to grow in.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;That boy did grow and has been so loved. He has been the light in his momma's life. He has brought her indescribable joy.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;They have had their battles like any mother and son. She only wanted the best for him and at times he couldn't see it. He has grown to be a beautiful, kind, caring, loving, fun person. His momma is so proud of him.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Tonight on his 18th birthday this boy will join his friends in his graduation ceremony. His momma will be in the stands beaming with pride and joy. She will try to hold the tears back long enough to capture the moment on film. She will want to preserve this moment for the rest of her life. He will receive his diploma and know that all the struggles were worth it for that one piece of paper. &lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;He will grow still. He will go on. He will face a world that he isn't quite used to. One that demands more of him than it did before. One that will always expect him to do his best. One that is not as forgiving as the one before. Life is hard sometimes. He will learn that. He won't be able to run to the safety of his momma's arms all the time. He will have to figure things out for himself. His momma is scared. She wants everything to be ok. She knows without a doubt that he will succeed in whatever it is he choses to do but knows that it all won't come easy. She worries about this and so much more today.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Today a boy will venture out into the big world as a man. Today his momma will shed many tears of sadness, happiness and hope.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Today holds promise for a little boy that his momma held so tight when he cried at night. Promise of a future for this boy with a light that shines so bright. Promise of dreams to come true and life to be led. Promise of a boy.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Today a mother's heart will ache like she has never felt before. She must let her boy go. She must stand by and be strong. Not let him see the tears she has been crying since she awoke.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Today this mother will put on her brave face. Today she will beam with pride as he blows out his birthday candles. Today she will watch him go from being her young son to her grown son. Today she will cut one more string from her apron, but not from her heart. Today this boy will become a man.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Today this mother loves this boy so much more than she did yesterday.
