The journaling reads:Little girls love to play at being a bride. A towel or handkerchief will serve as a veil. Dandelions make a wonderful bouquet. In her mind being the bride means being beautiful. However, the little girl does not realize that the bride will be up until 1:30 a.m. the night before the wedding nervously taking care of last minute details. She is filling frames with engagement pictures for the tables at the reception and making sure she is packed for the honeymoon. (Just go to bed Angela.) The little girl doesn’t realize that to be picture perfect, the bride must rise early to get ready for the big day. To a little girl, being a bride is much easier than it looks. Angela’s cousins, arrived tired, but ready to do hair at 6:00 in the morning. They worked hard to have every hair curled and in a beautiful up-do for the wedding. They styled Caitie’s hair as well. Thank Heaven for cousins – and little girls!I used rhinestone hearts on the ribbon. This is a scraplift from a layout in Paperkuts from a few years ago. The title is handcut.
