I created this headband for my girls using this digi kit by Angel— http://www.fortheluvofart.com/graphicglamourgraphicglitzdigitalkit.aspx [fortheluvofart.com] I sized the stars how I needed them, printed, cut them out, mod podged them, added some glitter and bling, then attached them to some glittered foam scallops before attaching them to the headband.
