I am participating in Ali Edwards One Little Word for 2012 and my word is hope. Dh and I are trying to adopt and we are hopeful that this will be the year.My quotations are from Emily Dickinson (mine) and Shawshank Redemption (love this quote & it's one of dh's favorite movies). It's my first time doing 8.5x11 but the little sections make it so easy. Love the grids. I was inspired by the pinterest layout (last page) to try and embellish each section. There's some sewing and heat embossing - hope you can see it. MM Slice bird diecut - difficult to tell but he's distressed with TH Antique Linen. Diecut printables from Ali's class. Can't wait to start February!
