Recently while going through some of my crafting things I came across this tool from ‘back in the day’ when I taught ceramics. It's used for cleaning greenware seams to prepare it for glazing. I dropped it into my tools for paper crafting thinking it might be useful for something. Since then, OMgosh I've hardly put it down. It's terrific for picking up small pieces, placing stickers, removing bits placed in error and for picking up half glue dots and who knows what else! Seriously, the rounded end is the best thing I've found for placing adhesive backed bits. You can pick them up without having them stick to the tool so much you can't lay 'em down. Maybe this will be helpful to you too.
