I was so glad to see there was still a challenge available! I had so little time to play along on others.This ATC was made using leftover ink picked up from the craft sheet onto watercolor paper. Then stamped with the Inkadinkado seahorse from the Stamping Gear set 65-32040. ‘Bubbles’ were added with a Fiskars border stamp, then Crystal accents added to some of the bubbles. The sentiment is from My Mind's Eye.
