Okay, Since the holidays are on us and this is the time of year I begin to go in circles I thought I'd try to put ‘em to good use! LOL This sketch challenges you to use those circle cutters or templates. Vertical or horizontal the design does work either way. Hope you have fun with it. This card started as navy blue DCWV cs, using wadded saran wrap on light blue direct to paper. When that dried I did the same thing again with white. The ’for you' tag started out white and I added light blue and navy, again using the saran wrap direct to paper technique. Tho' you can't tell from the scan it was then dipped in UTEP and embossed. It gives the tag a little more substance so the tassle can be added without tearing the tag holes out.The rest is basic stamping technique. TFL
