It has been on my ‘must eat at’ list since Deana Lawit told me this Emmy Award-winning Food Network chef was based in the Boston area. When the Strategic Marketing group at Boston Scientific was planning a farewell lunch for our summer intern, Sheelu Samuel, I suggested Blue Ginger. It wasn’t a hard sell and it was a nice change from our usual lunch spots on Route 9 in Natick and Framingham.The food was excellent. I was not disappointed. We shared Shitake and Leek Spring Rolls with 3 Chile Dipping Sauce as an appetizer. Then I had Indonesian Curry Pasta with Asian Vegetables and Baby Shrimp for an entrée. Dessert was absolutely delicious – Tahitian Vanilla Crème Brulee.
