Here is how I store my QK dies. Sorry the photos are alittle blurry but you get the idea. It is a 3 inch Mead ā€œdā€ ring binder. It zips closed. I have my dies stored in slide protector holders. I labeled each pocket so I know which die goes where. i did this because I have a bad habit of not putting them back, and at least this way i know which one is missing. They are divided by catagories, with a tab indicating which catagory at the top. The 2x4 inch dies are in the slide protectors which I modified. I eplained how I did this on another post on this board. I like it better because the dies don't awkwardly stick out of the holders. If you want additional info pmail me.******Here is how to modify your slide sheets to fit the awkward shaped dies.I figured out a way to use the sleeves with the 2x4 dies. My explanation may be a bit strange so bare with me. The sleeves have four pockets across. Lets number these 1, 2, 3, and 4. What I do is cut down the right hand side of pocket 1, and the left hand side of pocket 2. Then I cut down the right hand side of pocket 3, and the left hand side of pocket 4. This creates two bigger pockets with a slit down the middle of them. Two 2x4 dies fit across each row of the slide sleeves. Even though there is a slit down the center, the dies stay in the pockets. When cutting be careful not to cut through the back. I will try to post some photos later. I know it is a little hard to understand. I also take one of the shims that come with the dies and use it to tape the right and left sides together so the pocket is more stable. If you don't have many shims you can use half of one. This process takes a while to do, but really is worth it. I like it so much better than half of the die sticking up out of the sleeve.
