I love making handmade cards for my boys' teachers & had so much fun mixing and layering supplies to make this one. 12x12 journaling sheets make the best starting points for cards! I added washi tape to a wood veneer apple to give it some pizazz & replaced the stem with a piece of cord. To make the letters in the word bubble stand out, I layered strips of black chalkboard-themed washi tape behind it.
