This week's Flashback Friday challenge was to scrap a family heirloom.Journaling reads: Back in the early 1960s, after my great grandparents died, my great aunts, who were not at all sentimental, decided to burn most of their belongings in the back garden. My grandmother arrived just in time to save this pen and ink drawing of my three times great grandfather, William Cotterill Clark. He was the mayor of Doncaster back in the 1870s and is shown here in his chains of office. Who knows what other treasures were burned that day!Digital supplies: Designer Digitals - Engraved Birds, Edge Brushes by Katie Pertiet, All Natural Stripe (recolored) by Jesse Edwards, Art Play 5 Brush set by Anna Aspnes; Antique Bits paper by Meredith Fenwick; Laura Burger - Brisk Shimmer Frame, Pencil Lines Template #138
