Here is a second card using the same border idea as the first card I posted.Using scraps, cut various strips, cutting at an angle except for the ends. Adhered to edges of stamped panel. Adhered to white card base.Stamped image with black ink, and colored with Prismacolor pencils. Embellished with buttons and red twine, then added stickles to hat piece and bottom snow line.
