For Steven's eagle scout project he is moving the old food pantry, which is in an old closet way back in the basement of the church, to a new location...closer to the office and in a room about four times larger. First the room needed to be cleaned out (got rid of a lot of items that had been in storage for years). Shelves were donated by my husbands work and they needed to be cleaned and sanded from rust. Two new lights were installed and the room is being painted. White walls and a grey floor. Pretty soon we can move in and move the canned goods into the new location! Can't wait for the new room to be finished!
