Oh wow, oh wow! This is inspiring. Just gorgeous, the layout and your mom. I don't think I have enough words to describe how amazing this layout it. Love the flower work along the edge of the picture. Beautiful job!
A gorgeous picture of your mother. I LOVE the technique you used for the lettering. So unique. The color combination of the LO really compliments the picture. Beautiful.
This is STUNNING! Fantastic technique, I've been meaning to play around with their liquid inks for a while now. That palm frond border is so creative, and fits SO well! You're so lucky to have a family of photographers, I wish my heirloom photos were so nice!
This is sooo original. I love the tones you set and the use of greens and warm browns. The cut-out on the green paper caught my eye browsing, I thought how the heck did she get a leaf on her page. Great job, great imagination
I agree...this is stunnning! Your mother is beautiful and you've done such a great job with this layout. The papers, the colors, the alphas, the flower...it's all wonderful! Awesome job! TFS!
Your mother is very beautiful!! This is one of the most beautiful layouts I have ever seen, just so striking. Perfect colors and pattern of cutting the paper and the flower and leaves are just so perfectly chosen and placed. Beautiful. I would frame this and keep it out!!
When my mother immigrated from Yokohama to Honolulu as a little girl, she was given the name Nancy. Later, in her twenties, she reclaimed her Japanese name and once again became Tomiko.
