The arrow cut file on my layout is one that I designed myself. You can get it for free by going to my blog, http://kthames.blogspot.com/ [kthames.blogspot.com] . I had SO much fun playing with Heidi Swapp Color Shine with this layout. I think that I have a new obsession! LOTS of layers on this project. I had a lot of fun, and I'm glad that I was able to use my cut file too!
