Cardstock and bling ;) I journaled on the transparency with my white sharpie (I mainly did this because I was afraid I'd mess up the layout, but when it looked okay the first time around, I decided why mess with an okay thing)? ;) I also inked the 3 solid circles with my silver Versacolor ink pad….and used MM cheeky letter stickers and Junkitz Glitterz chipboard alpha (for DREAM). Woops, also used 160 4.5mm rhinestones lol!
