Cooling Off Elsie's # 2 Challenge also works for #1

This was the most fun that I have had with a lo in a LONG time! Maybe it was the fresh inspiration Elsie's book provided or perhaps the fun new Scenic Route Printed Paper. hard to say! This lo was created for the 2nd challenge (use a B&W pic) but as it turns out it would also work for #1 because of the journalling strips.I printed the B&W pic on Bazzill because my printer is giving me grief and not working right on photo paper. Anyways, i like the texture of the photo… it works better with the lo anyways, I think!Sorry about the bad scan and thanks for looking!I used Scenic route PP (as I already mentioned), Making Memories green ric-rac, American Crafts black brads, Doodlebug black ric-rac and various ribbons from Michael's. there are also a bunch of Prima's too.
