I made each of my 3 girls a family recipe cookbook. I used a 3 ring binder, put pictures on the pages that usually had family meals where we traditionally ate the recipe listed or had a picture of the person that we got the recipe from. I also usually had some philosophy or verse on the page and always had my signature heart somewhere on the page. On the cover I personalized it with the girls name done in their favorite color and had clipart of their favorite things (it is shown in the 3rd l/o) On the binder of each cookbook I did their name vertically as shown in l/o # 3. I also did a dedication in the front of the book. Hope this helps. I out page protectors over each page.
