This layout features the brand new “Classic Elegance” collection launched by Melissa Frances at CHA Winter 2013.The adorable photo is the daughter of my friend (and Melissa Frances design team member), Rachel McAffee. I was beyond happy that she let me use it as it works so well with the new papers.The title was cut using a Silhouette Cameo.
