My Grandma died this afternoon. Her health had been declining since her 92nd birthday in January. This past week, as we prepared for the end, I've been thinking a lot about all my little memories I have & knew I wanted to make a layout of my last picture of the two of us. So I sat down tonight and did some scrap therapy :) it was a really neat way to remember her… Thanks so much for looking
