Page for the Two Peas Super Sketches (November 2009) challenge as well as the December ScrapMuse challenge (use red/green color scheme, use 3 patterned papers, use glitter). The leafy flourish was cut with my brand-new Silhouette!! (thanks, Husband :)) I made two of my patterned papers– the olive green circles have silver spots painted on using nail polish of all things, and I made the striped/starred burgundy paper by stamping with white ink. The “border punch” effect on the green strip on the right of the page was made using scalloped scissors and a small hole punch (hoping to get some more border punches soon :)) Glitter letters and journaling block stamp are Making Memories.
