I made this card to participate in the Studio Calico weekly challenge. This week it was to create an “easy” holiday card design– one that could be “mass-produced” without a huge amount of effort. (http://studiocalico.blogspot.com/2009/11/getting-ready-challenge.html)<br [studiocalico.blogspot.com]>To make this card, I used a pre-cut and scored Making Memories cardstock card from the “Classic Card Pad – romance”. I punched two sizes of circles from scraps of solid cardstock and patterned paper, and arranged them across the front. I cut out the label and stamped it with clear acrylic stamps (The Paper Studio Sophie Alphas) using black ink. I used a tiny hole punch and knotted red and green embroidery floss in the label, twisted it, and stretched it across the card.
