Stacy Brunner.<br><br>Life is a Carnival.<br>Oh the characters you'll meet!<br><br>This layout features a fully functional ferris wheel! The wheel turns as do the individual “cars” that carry the photos. The cars are decorated in 10 patterened paper selections from the Color Me Silly kit. The ferris wheel is on cardboard with metallic heat embossing.<br><br>The inspiration for this layout came when my mother-in-law brought me some of my husband's childhood photos to scan. There were some eerie (and some predictable) similarities between their family photos and my own. This layout showcases some of the most similar photos including, our excitement at Christmas, dressing up with our moms on halloween, and affectionate photos with our sibling.<br><br>The journaling reads: “John and Stacy through the years, living parallel lives miles apart. Chance encounters, people meeting people, finally they met.”<br><br>I also decorated the grass with a chronology of the years since we were born through to when we met, in 2000. We met 6.5 years ago through some mutual friends (just some trivia for ya!)<br><br>MANY MANY thanks for the Effer ladies for making this so much fun and so inspiring. It has been a wonderful journey! Also thanks to my friends and family who have supported me so much this past month. <br><br> Products used here: Basic Grey - Color Me Silly papers, DCWV cardstock, Spare Parts brads, Distressed Ink.
