this one is based on Jan 18 create a fabric border - i have used tulle, lace & sequins left over from making Taylah's Tutu - quite quick and simple as i wanted the photo to feature - sorry for the blocked out faces but I haven't asked these girls Mums if it is ok to put their girls on the net - tfl - kerrie
