I have been playing with Photoshop, trying new things. I altered the photo first with a free filter download from optikVerve Labs. The background of this picture was to busy so I smudged the background. I was not thrilled with the transition area between the focus of the photo and the background. She was holding a little rag doll and pointing to the new puppies with it.
