Used a black Fancy Pants frame, painted it white, and sanded to edges to distress. Added rubons to the top of the frame. In the panels I used paper, paint and rubons. This was such a fun project I made for my DIL for a Mother's Day gift. I used her photography, so I knew she'd love it.
