Rosette made from “messy” folding leftover racing flag pattern strip into rough rosette. The title is cut from a piece of Recollections Paper “Garage Sale, My State” and mod podged onto chipboard. Cluster of embellishments behind the title again from scraps of patterned paper and cardstock. Handcut flames to match the flames on his race car.
