Supplies limited and just learning to scrap. This is an early creation on 8.5x11. PP is a soft yellow with multicolored hearts and ribbons on it - I think it was made by Hot Off The Press. I cut out two hearts from cardstock that somewhat matched paper. I matted pict on to the same colors of cardstock. Used specialty scissors to create the pict around the edge of pict and on mats.
Later, this page was placed ontop of a 12x12 page where I used a Fiskars paper edger to create sides of pages. When the punch outs from this I laid them strategically ontop of the pict to tie that color in with the LO.
