o, I haven't crossed over to digital as I spend too much of my day in front of a computer already. This was a layout, I'm assuming, designed by Heidi Swapp using only HS and Bazzil materials. It was scanned and printed on Epson paper and printer, as Epson was one of the sponsors of the Creative Escape event, and a copy of the pictureless layout was given to each participant.Well, I decided to go ahead and use it since its a perfectly good layout and just added the picture (that was taken by the official event photographer and also printed on Epson paper and printer for us). I simply corner rounded my picture and tried to center it as best as I could. I did have to exacto knife one of the buttons so that I could slip the picture underneath. I did not do the same with the flowers so as to not cover up faces of some of the girls in the group shot.This was the fastest layout I've ever done!! Now, it'll be interesting to see how long the color, etc lasts over time. I've never actually done digital layouts before so this is a first for me.
