I used my Zutter BindItAll to make this . . . and it was so much fun. I used chipboard for the covers, and I recycled the backs of paper pads for the tabbed dividers. The paper is all from the Grandma's Kitchen collection from We R Memory Keepers. I created the address pages in Microsoft Word and printed them on cream colored cardstock.TFL!
