I made this tag for December.I used water colour paper and embossed white trees. I used three distress inks for the blue background. Stamped random snowflakes. Then I mixed water and perfect pearls together and dropped it on the background. I added glossy accents to the edges and added glitter. Stamped let it snow on a piece of cardstock and made a banner. Inspired by Jennifer MacQuire
