I used old pp and alpha letter. I had bought this recipe box 3 years ago to give to my friend Normi for christmas but never got around to do it. 3 weeks ago she had a heart attack and had a triple bypass, she is 38 years old. So I decided I was going to finish it a put some low fat, low sugar recipes inside.
