Insired by Aug 3rd design, Aug 13 Swirls & Aug 4/5 Adding jewels to a simple shape. The journaling reads: I remember telling my mom that I wanted to play in the band. When I started 6th grade, I really wanted to play the trumpet or the drums. But my mom said NO “that is for boys” She wanted me to play the flute. I was so upset I just wanted to quite. So I played the clarinet instead. Just because I was mad at my mom and wanted to go against her. I did like it but by the time I finished the 1st year my jaw was getting disfigured. My mom together with the dentist decided that I need to stop playing the clarinet. So played the flute and made my mom happy. After the first month I loved the flute. I played in the school band until I graduated from High School. Yes I was a big band geek and loved it.
