My page for a 53 Mondays…what are you changing this year? challenge. Journaling Reads: 100 hours at the sports club. That's my goal for this year. It may not sound like a lot, but its double the number of hours I spent in any kind of organized exercise class last year. I joined the gym because of all the fun classes they offer – Megadance, Zumba, Fightdo – and traditional Asian exercises as well – Yoga and Taichi. I will not waste the money it is costing.
