Used my Craft Robo to cut out the pennant (already created the file for birthday banner earlier in the year). Stampin' Up stamps - swirls and stars - both embossed with an orange lustre embossing powder. Stars punched out of acrylic packaging (bought some new jewellery pliers) also stamped and embossed. Bird/swirl Sizzix die. Stickles added to highlight.
