This is for Heidi's “Gift/Giftcard Holder” challenge - to make a giftcard holder and a gift in one. Mine is a seed packet (envelope), to hold flower seeds, and attached to that is the pocket to slide the giftcard into. The pocket covers all the seams, and also the flap, when the card is in place, so it is a very neat little package.I stamped and coloured each side with watercolor pencils applied to a brush. The stamps I received from Far North (Jan) recently - I assume they're a set, cause they go really well together. Does anyone happen to know who the manufacturer is?I will probably give this to my MIL or AuntyIL, avid gardeners, as either a Birthday present or a Thank you for doing our gardening - that's why I left the sentiment fairly open.I would enclose brief info about what the seeds are and how to care for them, and the giftcard would be for a garden centre.I would have liked to add the word ‘seeds’ to the dragonfly side, but I don't have any decent letter stamps (and I don't write well).
