Cut a red strip of pattern paper into a strip (I would make it a little wider than this next time), and punch on both sides with a border punch. Adhere to white card. Ink your favorite heart stamps with red ink. To do the watercolor part of this, take your water brush (or a spray bottle) and spritz water onto the stamps. Cut out the hearts and pop dot them onto the red pattern paper strip. Stamp the sentiment directly onto the card.
