My mother lives in Montana in a house on Whitefish Lake. This house is her new chapter in life. She has been emailing me pictures as she is learning to use her new camera. I thought I would compile them together in a mini album type of photo book for her to have. I left inside of the covers blank as I want her to be able to write whatever she wants on them. The album I created is a 4x4 size. I needed tiny, tiny letters for my sub-title so I used an old book and cut apart words to get my tiny letters for the front cover. My handy tweezers come into play a lot during creating. :) I used Ranger Glossy Accents to apply the mica to the snowflakes and used Helmar 450 to glue everything else down in the rest of the album. I mixed white and cream acrylic paint for a creamy look vs. a chalky white look for the album. I wanted a border around the outside edge of the front cover but using a pen would have created a harsh line on the white background so instead I used a paper piercer and created a subtle border by poking holes around the outside edge of the front cover. I like the look and it was just what the album needed. Thanks for looking!~Katie
