Whew, another Ellis Island layout done. The pictures are from some I took in Sepia tones and others are scans of antique Ellis Island photos that I bought on Ebay. ****I am willing to share any of my pictures. This island is such an integral part of our past. 40% of people in the United States are descendants of immigrants that passed through Ellis Island. (the rest through other ports). Immigrants built this nation and without our ancesters coming from other countries we would not be here scrapping today. So I feel strongly that it's important to document it for our future generations*** OK, now for supplies…pretty simple. Bazzill cardstock, K&Co London map paper,Inspirables by Ek success (leather tags). Brads are JoAnn's Essentials, Ink is ColorBox, Stamps are Making Memories foam stamps (thanks again Brenda, I love them!!), page pebbles are MM and stamps are MM magnetic stamps. **This page is made without one picture of my relatives. For a layout of my actual relatives look at yesterday's post for thier Ellis Island page*** Enjoy!Ps. The quote is on the Statue Of Liberty
