Well, I think the journaling says it all….It was a big flop. I'm glad I was able to capture the look of all of it on my daughters face in the picture. It is 1 of the 5 pictures I took that day. Besides the dolphin pool, and an alligator pond…that is all they saw. We did go in the penguin exhibit and they were all sleeping and the lights were darkened in the habitat….another flop, they couldn't even see the penguins..Oh well, we'll try another day.I did use up some product that I've had for a while. The kalidiscope papers but also the Gin X letter sticker…had those babies for about 2 years. Done! (oh, and I used the wonderful purkage font for the journaling, love it!)Here is the journaling, "Our trip to Sea World didn’t quite go as we had planned. Our timing was terrible….Turns out that the 4th of July weekend, is the worst possible time to visit Sea World. Not only was it so crowded that we didn’t get to see Shamu (or any other shows) but the weather was Texas crazy! It started off at about 98 degrees with high humidity. We were soooo hot…so we went to the wave pool to cool down. Not too long after, a big storm moved in.The sky got dark, the temperature dropped about 20 degrees, the winds picked up and the rain started. Pretty soon we were freezing. Wet skin and hair with cool wind was not a great combination. Of course we had no sweatshirts only wet towels. The storm eventually passed but by this time you were tired, wet, hungry, sunburned and sick of all the crowds. You’d had enough! We called it a day and left the park vowing to come back mid-October!Sea World San Antonio, Texas July 4, 2006 Madison Watson
