Pam, - Here is is - I hope you like it - colors in pic don't show that great - paper is PaperLoft Left Journal Mosaic Navy Blue, Title in Silver Shimmer Card stock, MM Star Eyelets & tags, Stickopotamus Envelope matting it a light pink - Journaling reads:HANNAH is definetely “a class act” 6th grade Awards Night Hannah was recognized for A Honor Roll, PE, Highest GPA in Language, Math, Science and Social Studies and MOST OUTSTANDING STUDENT. But of course she has always been #1 in our hearts! The pics didn't print that clear so they are only down by glue dots - you can replace them with your originals! Hope you like it!
