March 29, 2006 - Cooking Day
Cheyenne’s kindergarten class had “Cooking Day”. This year Mommy and Daddy went in to help out. Mommy ended up at Cheyenne’s table and Daddy helped at another table. Mommy’s table worked very hard on doing the first recipe, but in the end it did not turn out at all. The teacher later figured out that one key ingredient to the recipe had been missing from the instructions. We had a lot of fun anyway and made a very big mess of our hands.
Cheyenne was so inspired by cooking day that ,when she got home, she took the left over noodles from school and made her own recipe with them. She dipped them in milk to eat to complete the recipe. She brought them out to me and Daddy to try.
