This was a very abstract lo that was a lot of fun to do .. and it took me forever. I'm still somewhat unhappy with the upper left corner. I originally had the journaling done in all these different letter stickers on the purple (base) cardstock, but i ended up hating how that looked, so I continued what I had done with the paper piecing behind the 2 pictures on the left side so that I could cover up the stickers. I think it still looks a little too busy, but better than it did. Overall I'm happy w/ this lo!
The words on the bottom are intuitive, balance, dreamer, visionary, home, family, receptive, colorful, beauty, union (some got a little cut off at the edge). I did a numerology reading for myself and those are some of the words the book used to describe my number :)
Journaling in upper left says:
"Origin: Latin
Meaning: Crowned with Laurel"
Oh.. and the picture is from two summers ago, it's my senior high school portait!
Lost track of the brands/designers I used but there is a whole bunch of different stuff.. cardstock, pp, patterned vellum, ribbon, staples, brads, acyrlic paint, tag with paint and sticker on it, alphabet beads
